Thursday morning update:

Weather forecast looking good for the 41st TD Bank Reedy River Run on Saturday.
5K has reached our limit of 1500 runners and is "sold out"
10K is 99% sold out with 1600 runners
Packet pickup at Fleet Feet Sports at 635 Augusta from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm today and tomorrow
Race day packet pickup from 6:00 am to 6:45 am in front of Peace Center at corner of S. Main St. and Broad.
Race day Portable toilets will be located on E. Broad between S. Main and Falls Drive.

I think the best way to make adjustments depending on the weather is to expect and prepare for the worst. Be prepared in case it rains. I know a lot of people who are very good at running even on hot or cold weather. Load up on anti oxidants to avoid getting sick the next day. It's not always about the weather. Sometimes it's not even how much you take care of yourself. If you are happy, nothing can wear you down. Even on a gloomy day, you're mood is still sunny and it's going to be contagious.
